Ce programme sp\u00e9cial identifiera des Camerounais hautement qualifi\u00e9s et motiv\u00e9s de moins de 35 ans, qui font preuve d\u2019un leadership remarquable et d\u2019un grand potentiel dans leur compr\u00e9hension de la politique et du service public et qui se consacrent \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de changements positifs dans le pays. Toutes les d\u00e9penses seront couvertes par la Fondation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les \u00ab Emerging Leaders \u00bb seront divis\u00e9s en quatre groupes de cinq qui recevront un financement pour accueillir un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de leur choix promouvant les libert\u00e9s politiques et une culture d\u00e9mocratique dans n\u2019importe quelle r\u00e9gion du pays. Les sujets peuvent inclure les questions de gouvernance, les droits de l\u2019homme ou l\u2019int\u00e9gration des jeunes dans la fonction publique.
