ELABE SAME TYCHIQUE AQUILAS is the Regional Coordinator of the Corps of Volunteers for the Sustainable Development of Africa, in collaboration with the NGO PAID-CA. After completing several internships and consultancy positions, he has acquired several leadership and programme management skills.

He has a Certificate in Public Management from the Regional Leadership Center, USAID, YALI-Dakar Senegal; a Certificate in project mounting from the Pan African Institute for Development – Central Africa (PID-CA); and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the International Leadership Institute (ILI).
