Marius Yannick Binyou Bi Homb

Marius Yannick Binyou Bi Homb is the founder of Africa GAWLO, an internationally recognized transmedia program (Belgium, USA) for the promotion of reading practices and book consumption in sub-Saharan Africa. Named in 2009 “Young Ambassador” for Human Security in Africa by former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo, he continues to collaborate with several institutions, organizations and companies in the agri-business, education, communication and culture sectors.
Marius has a Postgraduate in Arts from the University of Dschang, Cameroon and in Development from Senghor University, Egypt and is a PhD researcher at the University of Douala. He is the Co-founder of Debate Cameroon, President of RIPAO – International Network for the Promotion of the Speaking arts in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific. In 2017, he was ranked among the 100 most inspiring young Africans by Positive Youth Africa.
