Helene Mugob is the founder and executive director of Virtuous Women International, an organization with a mission to promote personal and cultural transformation by training, equipping and empowering the women with values and principles that enable them realise and maximise their leadership potential to the fullest. She is a human resource & administrative support professional and the National President of the Academy Alumni Association Buea, Cameroon since2015; where she oversees, trains & coaches youths to be purpose driven, financially viable & develop sustainable communities.

Helen has a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Buea, Cameroon.
